Refund Policy

A Farm Share is a season-long commitment between the farmer and consumer, and we strive for your 100% satisfaction. Your payment commitment has gone to purchase seeds, supplies, and equipment to support your 22-week Farm Share commitment. Please contact us by email if you are not fully satisfied or are considering cancelling your membership. 

If your Farm Share has items that are not terrific or are mispacked, please contact Farmer Ford ASAP at ford.waterstrat@gmail.com.

Refunds are not available if you forget to pick up your weekly Farm Share items during the specified pick-up time window. Thank you for your understanding.
